CyberAir Technologies, Inc. (CyberAir) was created in 1998 with the goal of acquiring and integrating the most advanced technologies available in communications and user-machine interfaces to engineer products and services that will change the way we interact with the digital world. CyberAir, a technology holding company, has assembled a unique and broad-based portfolio of next generation complementary technologies. CyberAir accomplished this by acquiring equity interests and licensing rights of three technology companies, referred to as the CyberAir Technology Companies (CTCs). CyberAir is focused on commercializing the application of these technologies through intellectual property (IP) licensing. By pursuing this model CyberAir will secure revenue through licensing fees, royalties and license signature fees to be paid by licensees.
Core Competencies The core competencies of CyberAir are sourcing and acquisition of technology companies with next generation products; and successful commercialization of advanced technology products and services by licensing the technologies to market leaders to generate significant revenue and profits.
